Buffalo History - Saturday 5/10 - 10 a.m.

Todd Mitchell will present "A History of Greater Buffalo, in a Nutshell" in the Architecture Center at the Market Arcade, 617 Main St. The talk will last approximately 90 minutes. Donation $10.

Season Opens Saturday May 3rd

The 2008 Season kicks off on Saturday, May 3rd with the "Downtown Revealed" tour at 9:30 a.m. at the Market Arcade, 617 Main Street.

The tours continue on Sunday, May 4th with the "Walking the Pan-Am" tour at 12:30 p.m. This tour meets at the Buffalo & Erie County Historical Society (BECHS), 25 Nottingham Court at Elmwood Avenue and is offered in collaboration with BECHS. The "In the Shadow of the Peace Bridge" tour meets at 1 p.m. (5/4) at the corner of Columbus Parkway (Seventh Street) and Columbus Park West (Connecticut Street). All tours cost $10.
